Attention community gardeners and all others! Once again, the City of Rochester Department of Recreation and Human Services is teaming up with Taproot Collective to offer a plant and materials giveaway for community gardens, and a plant swap for the whole community. Both of these opportunities will happen on Friday, May 15 at the City of Rochester Public Market, 280 North Union Street, 14609.
