Roc Food Not Bombs is part of a worldwide movement that protests poverty, war, and hunger by recovering food that would otherwise go to waste and distributing it for free to the community.

We cook and serve free meals weekly — check out our website at linktr.ee/RocFNB for the latest times & locations. We support a network of free food stands in Rochester. We have a full list and a map on our website at linktr.ee/RocFNB. We also provide food support for protests and community events that align with our liberatory values. If you’re interested, please reach out to our Instagram or send us an email.
