November 17 Genesee River Community Forum Offers a “One-Stop-Shop” for Info and Feedback on Several Genesee River Initiatives

These are exciting times for the Genesee River! Up and down the river, within the City of Rochester and beyond, several projects and initiatives focused on the River are underway and in the works.  Perhaps it’s a proverbial “good problem to have,” but many of you may find yourselves struggling to keep up with all these projects and their progress.

Thanks to the Genesee Land Trust and Genesee River Alliance, there’s an event coming up designed to provide information and feedback opportunities on many Genesee-focused efforts in one setting/sitting!

On Sunday, November 17, the Genesee Land Trust and Genesee River Alliance will host a Genesee River Community Forum, at the City of Rochester’s Edgerton R-Center Stardust Ballroom (41 Backus Street).  This free-admission event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and includes child care and lunch!

This Forum will feature several exciting and transformative Genesee River initiatives:

Roc the Riverway

High Falls State Park
Inner Loop North Transformation Project

Genesee Riverway Trail Extension

Bridging Communities
